We are searching for a great Customer Success Manager Netherlands for WENAAS. The Wenaas brand is one of the fastest growing workwear brands in the Dutch market, and they serve many of the major end-users. Their core business model is direct-to-customer sales through frame agreements with corporate customers.

The Wenaas Workwear Customer Success Managers work closely with our Key Account Managers in the implementation, development and internal management of our major customer supply agreements. The main responsibilities for a Wenaas customer succes manager are related to generating the optimal customer experience. Our Customer Succes Managers are therefore well structured, detail oriented, customer centric, have great communication skills and perform a wide variety of mission critical tasks:

Functionprofile

 

  • On-boarding of new frame agreement customers
  • Registration and maintenance of all customer related data in our systems, including customer master data, product catalogues, prices and other contract specific details
  • Supply and maintain all required customer specific reporting
  • Support the procurement and logistics team with inventory management
  • Participation in meeting with frame agreement customers
  • Administration of contract specific KPI’s and contract clauses including any rebates and bonuses
  • Produce relevant statistics and analysis for both internal and external use
  • Updating relevant colleagues and stakeholders on contract issues

Funtion criteria

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Order entry and order management
  • Respond to RFQ’s from customers including those published in vendor portals
  • Monitoring of deliveries
  • Customer dialogue and inquiry responses
  • Updating relevant colleagues and stakeholders on contract issues

Required qualifications:

  • Strong IT skills, including all Microsoft Office tools
  • Extensive experience with the use of ERP systems and databases
  • Fluent English oral and written skills (minimum)
  • Customer facing experience

Other relevant qualifications:

  • Additional relevant language skills
  • Commercial experience
  • Budgeting and reporting experience
